Shipping and Returns 
At Studio Daisy Kroon we exercise the utmost diligence to ensure that your order gets to you in a nice and fast way. Some information that might be useful:

Processing your order
It takes 1 -3 business days to process your order after payment.
Orders within The Netherlands will be shipped within 1-3 business days after processing. Once we receive your order we double-check the availability, send your order to be collected and dispatched by POST NL and then your order will be on it’s way to you.

Store Pick up
You can always pick up your order in our store in Rotterdam, free of charge. Our opening times are: 

Monday          By appointment
Tuesday          10am – 6pm  
Wednesday    10am – 3pm  
Thursday        10am – 6pm  
Friday             10am – 6pm  
Saturday         By appointment  
Sunday           Closed 

Delivery
Orders for Europe will take approximately 5 business days to be delivered. Depending on your destination, shipping companies can differ.

For worldwide orders the exact time between us sending the package out and its arrival, depends on the destination and different delivery times of shipping companies.
With our track and trace codes, we'll keep you in the loop.

The Netherlands 
Sending your parcel within The Netherlands will cost €6,95 and will be shipped by POST NL or DHL. 

Europe
Within Europe it will cost €15,00 up to €20,00 depending on which area it needs to be shipped to and the weight of your order.

Worldwide
The price of shipping your item outside Europe is €36,00. Please note the additional import duties are not included.

Shipment tracking
Within The Netherlands we work with POST NL or DHL. You receive a track-and-trace code through us. Orders for Europe and Worldwide will also receive a track-and-trace code once the parcel is shipped.

International shipping
Please note that for international shipping outside of Europe additional import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. For more information please check with your country's customs or postal office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying

International shipments might be held up by customs, please keep this in mind when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for this delay.

Returns or cancellation
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or you wish to cancel your order, please provide us with notice stating the reason for doing so in writing via email to info@daisykroon.com and return the item(s) to us within the 14-day period after the product is received. We'd love to help you pick out a piece of garment or outfit that fits your expectations.

Be aware that the item you want to return needs to arrive in perfect condition at the studio in order for us to process your request: please note that the product has not been worn/used, free from deodorant and or make-up stains, is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. Studio Daisy Kroon is not responsible for defects to the item prior to receiving the package. 

In case of damaged goods
We do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, but if this is not the case please contact us within 3 business days after receiving the garment. Always check your order upon arrival. Please contact us before sending anything back at info@daisykroon.com

If you wish to exchange your items you can an email to info@daisykroon.com and ask for a compensation as a voucher, we will then create a voucher with a value of the goods returned.  

In the case you want a refund, SDK will refund the purchase price of the product as quickly as possible to the account used to purchase the order. 

You can return items by going to our store or return by post with the postal company of your choice (return shipping costs are not refunded). We will contact you as soon as your package has arrived.

Availability
At the Daisy Kroon webshop there are several options in terms of our availability.

In stock; this piece can be purchased right away
Sold out; the product is no longer available
Made to order; the requested piece is out of stock at the moment, but you could still place an order for this item: we will produce this item on request especially for you. This could take up to maximum 4 weeks and there is no refund possible.
The ‘made to order’ option also allows you to order a garment made to measure. Please send us an email for more information.  

Our clothing is made by hand and the garments offered online are also available in our store, which means that our stock is dynamic. This sometimes results in pieces not being directly available for purchase. We apologize for this because it implies a longer delivery time. But with ‘the made to order’ option, you are still able to order the piece of your liking. And of course we’ll keep you updated how long it will take us to produce your garment.
